Second quarter HOA fees due by April 30

Just a friendly reminder that HOA fees are due by April 30th.

Click on the link above for direct debit requests, or send your payment by mail along with the coupons provided by the management company (American Community Management).

We are still experiencing a number of late or non-payments. The HOA cannot proceed with maintenance and improvement projects without prompt payment of fees. Your prompt payments are appreciated.

There is also a credit card payment option, but ACM charges a 5% fee:
